REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Custom Products & Returns

Because all apparel and promotional products sold by Appapro are custom printed, decorated, or embellished to order, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you order arrives with a manufacturing defect, decoration defect, or error on our part, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt. Upon verification, Appapro may, at our discretion:

  • Re-run the defective items, or provide a replacement for the affected portion of the order
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for errors or issues—including spelling, design placement, colors, or sizing—that were present in and approved by the customer in final artwork, proofs, or mockups prior to production.

Production Variance Allowance

Due to the nature of custom printing, decoration, and manufacturing processes, minor production variances may occur and are considered industry standard.

For large-volume orders, including bulk promotional products and high-quantity apparel orders, a production variance of up to 3% over or under the original order quantity may occur. For shorter production runs or higher-value custom items, quantities are typically produced more precisely, and material variances are less common.

Variances that fall within these allowances are considered acceptable and do not constitute defects. As such, they are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or reprint.

Production variance allowances may vary based on factors such as product type, order quantity, and production method. Appapro carefully considers these factors to maintain quality, consistency, and adherence to standard production practices.
