1. What printing and decoration methods do you offer?

We offer screen printing and embroidery for apparel. If you need to print full-color artwork, our custom quote team can help you with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. For promotional products, the printing method varies by item — this could include full-color print, pad printing, screen printing, or laser engraving depending on the product.

2. What is screen printing and how does it work?

Screen printing is a method of applying ink to apparel through a fine mesh screen. It’s ideal for bold, solid colors and provides long-lasting durability.

3. Why can’t I print full-color artwork with screen printing?

Screen printing works best with limited, solid colors. Gradients, photographs, or highly detailed designs are difficult to reproduce accurately. For full-color artwork, we recommend DTF printing — please contact our custom quote team for a quote.

4. What is the difference between DTF and screen printing?
  • Screen printing is best for bold, limited-color designs and is highly durable.
  • DTF printing allows for full-color, high-detail designs that cannot be reproduced with traditional screen printing.
5. What is pad printing?

Pad printing is used for hard, irregularly-shaped promotional products such as pens, mugs, or drinkware. A silicone pad transfers the ink from a plate to the product for precise printing.

6. How long does a screen print or embroidery last?

With proper care, screen printing and embroidery can last for 50+ washes without significant fading or cracking. Always follow the care instructions provided with your apparel.

7. What are your production turnaround times?
  • Apparel: 5–10 business days
  • Promotional products: Variable, but most items ship within 10 business days
8. Do you offer rush or expedited orders?

Yes! Please call or email our support team (support@appapro.com or (215) 436-9723) to check if our current production schedule can handle a rush order. We will provide a ship date based on volume, and any rush fee will also be based on volume if the rush is feasible.

9. What file types do you accept for artwork?

We accept high-resolution files following our Appapro Artwork Guidelines. Common acceptable formats include AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG. Please review the guidelines for detailed requirements to ensure the best print quality.

10. Can you help with artwork setup or design cleanup?

Yes! Please contact our design team at design@appapro.com for assistance with artwork preparation, edits, or proofing.

11. What is your return and refund policy on custom products?

Custom products cannot be returned unless the item is defective or the print is flawed. If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us promptly. For full details, please see our Refund & Return Policy page.

12. What happens if there is an error in the artwork I submitted?

We provide a proof before production. If the artwork you submitted contains errors and was approved in the proof, we are not responsible for production mistakes based on that approval.

13. Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
  • Sizes: You can easily mix sizes when ordering apparel.
  • Colors: For mixed-color orders, please contact our custom quote team at quote@appapro.com for assistance.
14. Do you have minimum order quantities?
  • T-shirts: 48 pieces
  • Hoodies, polos, quarter-zips: 24 pieces
  • Jackets: 12 pieces
  • Promotional products: Varies by product; some allow 1–5 units
15. Do you ship nationwide and offer tracking?

Yes. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and provide tracking information once your order ships. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Decorated apparel is produced and shipped from Southeastern Pennsylvania via UPS Ground.
  • Promotional products are decorated directly by the supplier or manufacturer and ship from warehouses across the country based on proximity to the delivery address.

Tracking details are sent once your order leaves the production facility. Please note that promotional products may ship separately and may have multiple tracking numbers depending on the items ordered.

 

16. How do I choose between screen printing and embroidery for apparel?

Screen printing is ideal for bold, solid colors, while embroidery adds texture and a professional finish for logos or monograms. Choose the method that best fits your design and branding.

17. Can I order just one custom T-shirt?

At this time, we cannot offer single custom T-shirt orders.

18. Do you offer garment samples before I place a bulk order?

Yes! We can provide samples, but sample orders are not eligible for free shipping. Please contact support@appapro.com or call (215) 436-9723 to place a sample order.
